Twin State Utilities Corp(TSU) was established in 2012 by three partners who worked together in the underground utility and propane service industries for over 13 years. Each partner, Pete Nostrand, George Burns and Russell Lanouette individually have over 30 years in management, underground construction and propane services.
Covering five states for their clients, Twin State Utilities Corp delivers unsurpassed quality and service to power and telecommunications companies, state and municipal governments, private contractors as well as propane and oil delivery companies.
